Accountant Director - Foreign Division (Philippines)

In collaboration with the managers of HMBP Inc., the candidate will be responsible for maintaining the established international division in the Philippines, which currently serves HMBP Inc.'s clientele.

Initially, the selected candidate will act as a liaison between the teams in Montreal and those in the Philippines. The candidate will be in charge of training and managing the subcontractors based in the Philippines to ensure they can meet the needs of the partners and directors in Montreal. To do this, the candidate will need to gain a comprehensive understanding of the requirements of these individuals, as well as, ultimately, of HMBP Inc.'s clientele, and be exposed to them.

The second main objective for the candidate will be to establish a division owned by HMBP Inc. in the Philippines through a Canadian company, with the aim of gradually phasing out the subcontracting model and thereby reducing HMBP Inc.'s reliance on external subcontractors. The candidate will...
