We help US businesses hire applicants from Latin America and the Philippines, and we have multiple open Accounting positions we need to immediately hire.

• Maintain accurate books on accounts payable and receivable
• Process and reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage payroll and expense reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup
