Contexte et environnement

  • This position requires a critical eye, solid analytical skills, advanced skills in Excel and excellent attention to detail
  • Works closely with budget owners to ensure accurate financial information 
  • Employee has to be dynamic to be able to handle a wide array of tasks
  • Employee must be able to multi-tasks while identifying, prioritizing and handling the most important task on hand
  • Ensure that figures provided and transactions are accurate and in accordance with the Company’s policies & procedures

  • Preparation of the monthly Flash Report to enable Galaxy and CAP reporting
  • Preparation of monthly management reports including monitoring and analysis of monthly expenditures to ensure that the realized costs are within budget
