and is familiar with the practical realities of working across different regulatory, tax, and administrative systems.

Key responsibilities

• Monthly bookkeeping and reconciliations for Finnish and Estonian entities
• VAT, payroll, and statutory filings in both jurisdictions
• Ongoing compliance with local accounting and tax regulations
• Liaison with banks, authorities, and auditors as needed
• Clear, structured financial reporting to management
