Job Description

Responsibilities:
 
Manage incoming supplier invoice documents;
Ensure correct processing of invoices, credit and debit notes incl. posting and check of legal requirements, especially VAT;
Analyze price/ quantity differences for received goods and services and follow up with other functions;
Create and update process documentation;
Liaise and follow up with colleagues in plants, purchasing, and other Webasto teams to solve issues with invoices;
Vendor account maintenance;
Goods Receipt/Invoices Receipt analysis;
Management of queries/tickets from vendors and internal customers.
