Accountant for Real Estate

Ontime Group is looking for a knowledgeable Accountant for our Real Estate division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations related to real estate projects ensuring compliance with financial regulations and providing critical support for decision‑making processes.

Provide reliable day‑to‑day accounting and finance support for each property entity and the head office ensuring accurate books, timely reporting and clear visibility of cash.

• Post accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank transactions and journals for property SPVs and the holding company.
• Maintain the fixed‑asset register and run monthly depreciation.
• Reconcile all bank client and control accounts each month.
