About the Role
Soori Penang, a luxury heritage hotel in George Town, is seeking an experienced Accountant who is strong in daily and weekly financial reporting and able to manage full set accounting. This is an on-site role supporting the hotel's finance operations, reporting requirements, payroll coordination, and providing timely financial insights to support smooth hotel operations.
You will also work closely with the Singapore finance team to support reporting and month-end requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily and weekly finance reports, including revenue tracking, collections, payables status, and cash flow updates
Monitor operational finance matters and provide timely reporting to support hotel management decisions
Handle full set accounting (AP, AR, GL, journal entries, and month-end adjustments)
Support month-end closing activities and prepare reconciliations and schedules
