Your Opportunity:  

The Accountant will support with month-end processes, ensuring accurate Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reporting across assigned markets. This role is responsible for expense accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, forecasting, and maintaining accurate turnover reporting. You will manage rental and electricity payments, vendor and landlord reconciliations, and ensure property and lease data is up to date.
