Accountant I

Regal Rexnord is seeking an Accountant I who will be responsible for certain plant accounting functions. This role is responsible for executing the financial operations of the plant including reporting, analysis, and forecasting. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across different functions. This position will have reporting responsibility to the Manager I, Accounting – Assistant Plant Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager I, Accounting – Assistant Plant Controller and Senior Manager of Plant Finance Operations in business partnership with the Plant Manager, participating and providing insightful inputs
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results and key performance indicator reporting
• Provide meaningful insights on variance drivers against prior year and forecasts, and on plant performance that can drive actions to improve business results
