Overview

Regal Rexnord is seeking an Accountant I to support plant accounting functions. The role executes the plant’s financial operations, including reporting, analysis, and forecasting. This position reports to the Manager, Accounting – Assistant Plant Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager, Accounting – Assistant Plant Controller and Senior Manager of Plant Finance Operations in business partnership with the Plant Manager, providing insightful inputs.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results and key performance indicator reports.
• Provide meaningful insights on variance drivers against prior year and forecasts, and on plant performance to drive actions that improve business results.
• Track trends and validate deviations, identify risks and opportunities, and drive mitigation actions.
