Responsibilities

• Perform accounting and reporting tasks (incl. audit) in line with defined processes, standard operating procedures and work instructions, update process documentation as required.
• Execute period-end tasks for assigned entity(ies), perform reconciliation and clearing of accounts, report actuals in reporting system on a timely manner and meeting quality targets.
• Secure compliance according to internal procedures and legislation, support Senior Country Accountant in the preparation of the financial statements and tax reporting obligations.
• Escalate issues and concerns to RTR Team Lead and propose remediating actions.
• Proactively assist RTR Team Lead to identify areas of improvement to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of processes, lead the implementation of improvement initiatives of medium level of complexity.
