Education Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Business Administration major in Accounting / Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

Training 4 hours of relevant training

Work Experience 1 year of relevant experience

Competency Preferably:

• Knowledgeable in Commission on Audit (COA) rules and regulations
• With background in DBM, CSC, and the New Government Procurement Act (Republic Act No. 12009), and its guidelines and processes
• Familiar with government operations and administrative processes
• Proficient in oral and written communication
