Accountant II, Record-to-Report

Aptar is seeking an Accountant II, Record-to-Report based in Querétaro, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing as a member of the R2R team. Use SAP to allocate transactions from bank statements relating to general accounts using the automatic bank statement import in SAP. Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts. Prepare and post manual journal entries. Ensure quality of closing processes on general accounts.

• Allocate transactions from bank statements relating to general accounts using the automatic bank statement import in SAP.
• Resolve unknown transactions/discrepancies on bank statement and related enquiries.
• Revaluate bank accounts in foreign currencies.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts using Blackline.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts.
