Accountant (Invoicing + Cash Flow + Monthly P&L Reporting)

e are hiring a detail-oriented Accountant who can manage invoicing, complete financial record keeping, cash inflows/outflows tracking, and prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements for management review. This role requires strong communication and reporting skills for an international business environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesInvoicing & Documentation

• Create and manage customer invoices and follow-up records
• Maintain proper documentation for each transaction
• Ensure accuracy in billing, tax details, and payment status

Cash Inflow & Outflow Management

• Record and maintain daily cash inflows and outflows
• Track expenses, payments, and receipts with supporting proof
• Maintain updated cashbook / bankbook / ledger

Monthly Financial Reporting

• Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) Statements
• Provide monthly summary of: Sales, Expenses, Gross Profit, Net Profit
