1. Minimum 2 years of experience as an accountant, preferably in project accounting
2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
3. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
4. Experience in budget management and financial controls
5. Preference: Experience in government or public sector project accounting

Maintenance of all financial records and accounts related to the DWDM project

Processing and verification of project expenditures including payments to vendors, contractors, and service providers
