Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the financial operations of our computer and IT hardware supply business. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting, inventory-linked financial tracking, vendor reconciliations, and financial reporting to support efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (GL, AP, AR)
• Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions
• Manage vendor payments, customer receivables, and account reconciliations
• Track inventory-related accounting (cost of goods sold, stock valuation, aging)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and customer accounts
• Handle invoicing, credit notes, and purchase orders
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT / GST / Sales Tax, withholding tax, etc.)
