Job Description

ACCOUNTABILITY:
This position is responsible for the effective management of accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting, customer credit control, and related financial operations, directly supporting the company’s cash flow, compliance, and financial integrity. The role is critical in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely property tax filings, and providing insightful analysis and reporting to management. This position also requires commitment to continuous process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including accounting, customer receipt application, and account clearing.

Prepare and distribute account statements as required.

Collaborate with credit agencies to obtain and review credit reports.

Conduct comprehensive customer credit assessments and manage order release processes.
