Office Full Time Kleinburg, ON $60,000 - $80,000 CAD per year

We are seeking a mid-level Accountant to support our waste management operations. This role is responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift quickly and attention to detail is critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, coding, and vendor payments
• Support Accounts Receivable and collections as needed
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
