Accountant

Company Background:

We are representing a leading real estate agency recognized for its property management and valuation expertise, looking for an Accountant to be based in Damansara.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all financial matters including forecasting, budgeting, financial analyses, liaise with external auditors, tax agent, company secretary and all banking related matters for Hong Kong entity
• Prepare monthly financial reporting (include full set of accounts) in a timely manner
• Handle monthly, quarterly, half year and annual closings
• Ensure timely submission and payment to statutory/regulatory bodies
• Maintain proper accounting controls
• Guide, plan, assign, and support a team of accounts staffs
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions in accounting system (Dynamic 365 and SQL Accounting)
