Job Purpose
-Under the supervision of the Senior Accountant, responsible for ensuring the integrity of accounting information by recording and verifying transactions and auditing trial balances

- Perform duties in accordance with Malia Group policies and procedures



Duties & Responsibilities


On General Duties
- Perform data entry of financial documents (account payable invoices, pre/payments (checks, wire), debit/credit memos, account receivable, receipts and fixed assets)
- Enter, daily, the currencies rate on system

- Reconcile bank accounts, on monthly basis, and report discrepancies to direct supervisor, follow up on any pending issue

- Perform necessary reconciliations (transitory accounts, suppliers SOA,) and report discrepancies to direct supervisor

- File all vouchers by serial number

- Prepare maturity list weekly, after checking prepayment reports
