Accountant

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to handle daily financial operations for our hospitality and service businesses (condominiums, laundry shop, and maintenance department).

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with local tax and government requirements.

Responsibilities

• Record daily expenses, income, and other transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reports.
• Handle payroll computation and ensure timely salary release.
• Manage SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG submissions.
• Coordinate with external accountants for BIR filing.
• Maintain organized financial records and receipts.
• Assist in budget planning and cost control.
• Perform other related administrative or accounting tasks as assigned
