Accountant

• Month end closing, year end closing, FS reporting, tax filing, AGM (6 entities)

• Monthly Cashflow, Forecast (Budget Vs Actual), Project P&L

• Renewal of Company Licenses

• Bank loans and Grants

• Preparation of AR Invoicing, AR Timesheets, AP payment, verifying payments & invoice, Timsheets, Work Order & Purchase Orders

• Reviewing contracts (Client, vendor and Crew)

• ISO doc preparation & Audit

• CEO Expense claims

• Employee & Crew's claims

• Crew ticketing booking, paylips

• Liasoning with various counterparties (internal organisation and external which include Clients, Crew, Vendors)

• Admin (but not limited to booking transport, finding resturants/vendors, flight booking & Crew coordination, visa matters & Arrangement)
