Responsibilities

1. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local regulations.

2. Manage the general ledger, month-end closing, and financial reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.

3. Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements, regulatory filings, and tax obligations.

4. Stay updated on financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards, implementing necessary adjustments.

5. Work closely with tax consultants and auditors to optimize tax planning strategies and rules update.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is required.

3. 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and auditing.
