DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
1. BIR REPORTING
a. Prepares Withholding Taxes Reports monthly from compensation and commission of employees
b. Prepares, computes and issues 2307 (Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source) to supplier of goods and services and prepares report
c. Checks sales and purchases report from subordinates and prepares VAT reports
d. Checks and reconciles 2307 from clients and prepares quarterly report
e. Prepares necessary documents for preparation of ITR such as summary of receivables, cash balances, PPE, and other assets, payables and expenses
f. Seeks approval from CEO and CFO for taxes due on 1601C, 0619E, Vat, ITR
g. Monitors due dates and requests fund for tax payments
h. Pays taxes due
i. Files tax returns with proofs of payments
2. SSS/HDMF/PHIC REPORTING
a. Computes company expenses (ER share) and employees' deductions (EE share)
b. Requests fund for payment of premiums and loans
