About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team at ERTM VENTURES SDN. BHD. in Melaka. This full-time role will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial reporting and accounting services to support the company's growth and strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and analysing financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
2. Maintaining general ledger accounts and ensuring accurate record-keeping
3. Processing accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoices and customer payments
4. Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts
5. Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
7. Supporting the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
