The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of day-to-day accounting, GST, tax compliance, return filing, financial reporting, vendor/customer reconciliation, and finance operations. Experience in FMCG, retail, distribution, e-commerce, or product-based businesses will be an added advantage.
