Summary This position is located at Stars and Stripes Europe, Kaiserslautern, Germany. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Responsibilities Performs or directs the accounting management of the fund. Develops, monitors, reviews and/or analyzes financial reports, payroll, accounts payable, internal review follow-up and banking data. Develops and revises in-house data to meet new requirements. Provides guidance and direction necessary to effectively accomplish mission requirements. Makes ratio analysis of various aspects of operations in order to identify problem areas or unfavorable conditions. Prepares various reports of findings, recommendations, and financial position.
