Accountant (Night Shift)

We are hiring an ACCA-qualified Accountant with strong hands-on bookkeeping skills in Zoho Books, excellent reconciliation discipline, and solid exposure to tax filing support and compliance documentation. The role requires someone who can keep records clean, structured, audit-ready, and communicate clearly with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping in Zoho Books with accurate coding, clean ledgers, and complete supporting documents
• Set up and maintain a solid Zoho Books structure (chart of accounts, items, taxes, contacts, rules, templates, and workflows)
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with proper evidence and clear notes
• Reconcile AR/AP and maintain accurate customer and vendor statements, aging, and follow-ups
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations with supporting schedules for key accounts (prepaids, accruals, loans, intercompany, etc.)
