Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our growing team at Etong Aluminium Engineering Pte Ltd. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial accounting and reporting functions within the company.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining a full set of accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
• Handle tax matters including the quarterly GST filing and corporate tax.
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconciling bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts
• Submit staff's annual income tax (IR8A)
• Providing support for internal and external audits
• Collaborating with the finance team and other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient financial practices
