Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience to support the financial

operations of our real estate company. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting functions,

ensuring accurate recording of transactions, and maintaining compliance with BIR and other regulatory

requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and perform bank reconciliations for multiple accounts and projects.
• Monitor and prepare collection reports for buyers, tenants, and other receivables
