How you will make an impact

You’ll support our Order to Cash processes by managing invoicing, resolving disputes, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring smooth communication with customers and internal stakeholders. You’ll also contribute to reporting, process improvements, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities:

Handle disputes, rebates, and customer queries

Follow up on outstanding debts and escalate issues when needed

Perform invoicing and Credit Management tasks

Support reporting, audits, and cooperation with business units

Identify improvement opportunities and update documentation
