Accountant

Job Description

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including transactions, accounts, and ledgers.
• Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial documents.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Ensure timely payment to suppliers and collection from clients.
• Manage outstanding debts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
• Ensure that discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Consolidate financial data from all businesses (MTC, Pizza Dough, Dnails Salon, and Roji Ramen Bar, MNH Commissary Food Corp, HMA Food Corp)
