Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and general ledger entries
• Record, review, and reconcile daily transactions, including bank reconciliations
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Compute and file taxes (VAT, withholding taxes, and other statutory requirements)
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
• Maintain organized accounting records and schedules
• Coordinate with other departments on financial matters

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy or related field
• CPA license is an advantage (or required, if applicable)
• At least 13 years of accounting experience (depending on level)
