Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Review accuracy, completeness and correctness of entries in the Books of Accounts (such as Sales Journal, Cash Receipts Journal, Bills and Purchase Journal, Cash Disbursements Journal, and General Journal)
• Coordination with PMs on the status of the projects for proper recognition of revenues
• Review of monthly time logs and preparation of team assignment for basis in recording of actual payroll cost and expenses per project and department
• Review of monthly bank reconciliation and propose necessary adjustments if needed
• Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
• Generate and analyze financial records and data to the organization
• Preparation of monthly sales commission computation
• Preparation of monthly SWAT, support and project incentive allowance
• Review of lapsing and prepaid schedule
