Job Description

  QUALIFICATIONS: 
 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
 2+ years of accounting experience (audit, consulting, and/or corporate accounting)
 Experience in Sarbanes-Oxley-compliant environment
 Strong understanding and proficiency of U.S. GAAP
 Excellent oral and written communication ability
 Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or equivalent certification
 Preferably have experience worked in Big Four public accounting experience
 Experience with QAD software is a plus
  Job Description: 
 Assist with the month-end close processes, including but not limited to preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, inventory and cost accounting, and close documentation
 Assist in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, in accordance with U.S. GAAP
