Responsibilities:

• Accurately record supplier invoices and ensure timely processing of payments in line with company policies.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices promptly to support accurate revenue recognition.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
• Monitor and review supplier and customer aging reports to manage cash flow and resolve overdue items.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and payable balances with the general ledger for financial accuracy.
• Review trial balance and general ledger accounts regularly, investigate discrepancies, and make necessary adjustments.
• Generate and maintain detailed financial reports including sales, purchases, and aging schedules.
• Prepare and record monthly accruals, prepayments, and provisions to support accurate period-end closing.
