Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem‐solving skills
• Self‑motivated, independent, hands‑on with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to manage a team with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, responsible, able to multi‑task and meet tight deadlines

• Lead the accounting team in performing daily accounting operations and managing month‑end closing activities to ensure timely issuance of cost reports.
• Prepare and analyse monthly product and production costing.
• Maintain full set of accounts as well as verify and approve AP, AR, GL journals.
