ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a full-time Accountant experienced with Sage 500 ERP (MAS 500). This role supports accounts payable and receivable functions, general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Process accounts payable (AP) vouchers, vendor invoices, and cash applications in Sage 500
• Manage month-end schedules by maintaining prepaid expense schedules, depreciation schedules, and the lease ledger, including preparing and posting journal entries (accruals, reclassifications, adjustments)
• Reconcile subledgers (AP, AR, fixed assets, cash) to the Sage 500 general ledger
