Accountant

The Accountant is responsible for day‑to‑day bookkeeping including accounts payable, reconciliations, and record keeping. This role will be responsible for accurate and timely reporting of all transactions; identifying and resolving discrepancies, and regular reconciliation of financial accounts. In addition, the Accountant will work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager to ensure compliance with all accounting, regulatory, and tax‑related transactions and issues. The role will report to the Accounts Payable Manager.

• Enter supplier invoices into Bill.com with appropriate coding and categorization
• Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks Online, including journal entries and reconciliations
