ACCOUNTANT
General:
● Outstanding reading comprehension
● Meticulous attention to Detail
Responsibilities:
● Bookkeeping: Prepare or review client bookkeeping. Record transactions, reconcile accounts, run reports.
● Document management: Request, receive and organize client documentation. Read and understand a wide variety of documents and know where to file them.
● Managing the entire client GL, resolving discrepancies;
● Verifying financial statements, ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate
● Preparation of income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies
● Financial reporting
○ Budgeting and Forecasting
○ Analysis
○ Reconciliations
● Providing accounting services to all areas of the client business as necessary;
