Responsibilities:

• Categorize daily transactions to ensure the books are always current.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments. Prepare and send invoices promptly and accurately. Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable, including aging reports and customer balances.
• Work with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and resolve payment-related concerns.
• Track and monitor revenue streams, ensuring accurate recording and reporting.
• Record and categorize financial transactions accurately and efficiently in QuickBooks or other accounting software.
• Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date chart of accounts.
