Key Experience required:
Full tenant billing function.
Debtors. 
Invoicing. 
Ensure bank statements, payments, and transactions are allocated.
Tenant account reconciliations. 
Monthly bookkeeping process up to trial balance. 
Monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries.
Creditors. 
Cashbooks. 
Journals. 
Ensure that all petty cash expenses are checked and captured. 
Audit / annual financial file preparations. 
Adjustment accounts
Requirements Finance Degree / Diploma 
MRI Software highly advantageous
