Main Purpose

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for a variety of key functions, including managing fixed assets, bank administration
and general ledger accounting. The Accountant will ensure accuracy in financial records, perform monthly
reconciliations, and assist in compliance and reporting duties, contributing to the overall efficiency of the financial
department

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Bank Administration
Maintain credit and fuel card accounts, including updates and reconciliation.
Manage bank mandates and liaise with the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) for approvals.
Prepare SARB approval documentation and letters.
Update ALPLA Trinity as required.
Transaction Processing
Extract and load daily bank statements to the shared folder for cashbook processing.
