Accountant

EZ MD Solutions is seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in QuickBooks Online, U.S. GAAP, and healthcare accounting. This role involves managing financial operations specific to medical billing, including revenue tracking, reconciliations, and financial reporting for healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and accounting records using QuickBooks Online
• Record and track revenues from medical billing, insurance reimbursements, Medicare, Medicaid, and private payers
• Perform bank, payment processor, and client remittance reconciliations
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) related to billing cycles
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and vendor payments
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (U.S. GAAP)
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with U.S. and Pakistani tax regulations
