Accountant (Retail, MNC company)

The Company

Our client is a luxury retail brand, and they are urgently looking for an Assistant Accountant to assist daily accounting for retail operations

The Role

• Reconcile sales data and follow up to ensure accurate flow through the ERP system
• Conduct tender reconciliations for retail and e-commerce platforms
• Prepare month-end closing activities, including accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts receivable aging
• Issue invoices to customers and partners
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing
• Prepare monthly gross sales statements for landlords and assist in audits
• Manage customer refunds and chargebacks, and handle inquiries related to sales and accounts receivable
