Duties & Responsibilities

Hours: Mon–Thurs 08h30–17h30, Fri 08h30–17h00 Reporting to: Financial Manager

Contract: 1-year fixed, renewable (3-month probation) 

Purpose: Deliver accurate financial reporting and maintain high standards of numeracy and analysis within the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full accounting functions including balance sheets, P&L, and financial statements

• Asset register maintenance and loan file preparation

• Tax invoices for vehicle sales and metal products

• Processing and reconciliations on Pastel

• VAT, PAYE, and income tax submissions

• Audit preparation and liaison with external auditors

• Monthly management accounts and ad hoc projects
