Understanding of local accounting GAAP requirements.

1. Preparing a list of all local compliances with the help of consultant if required & ensuring compliance of the same.
2. Getting the local books prepared including raising of customer invoices in local system, Intercompany invoices in local system, accounting of local vendor invoices, fixed assets, and provisions.
3. Getting the payroll process with the help of consultant and ensuring timely payment of salary to employees including full and final settlement of employees.
4. Ensuring payment of employee claims as processed by shared service team.
