Job Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican tax laws, including preparation of tax returns and filings.
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Work with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Assist with audits, both internal and external, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with local tax authorities and external accountants when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in both **Spanish** and **English** (written and spoken).
- Proven experience working with a **legal Mexican entity** (preferably in the General de Ley Persona Moral regime).
- Solid understanding of **Mexican accounting practices** and tax compliance.
