Accountant

Title: Accountant Location: 48, Mactaggart Road (Near Tai Seng MRT) Job Type: Permanent Salary: SGD 2500- SGD 3000 (plus incentives)
Duties and Responsibilities: Document financial transactions by entering account information. Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information. Reconciles financial discrepancies. Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Preparing accounting entries and reconciling general ledgers Working with the company's accounts payable functions – maintaining invoice payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments. Preparing monthly financial and various detailed reports Manage payroll activities Maintaining employee records.
Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. Experience in accounting. Strong communication, analytical, and computer skills.
