Job Description
The Accountant is responsible for managing the organization's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Key responsibilities include: Oversee monthly financial activities, including payroll, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), tax payments, claims, and invoice generation. Monitor and manage overhead expenses to ensure cost efficiency. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports covering revenue, expenses, profit/loss, and other key financial metrics for management review. Track and manage inventory-related financial activities, including sales, promotional usage, and reordering when stock levels are low. Collaborate with department heads to review budgets, control expenditures, and ensure financial records are reconciled by month-end.
